Find the tenders worth bidding on — without reading all of them
Tenderwatch watches new publications on ARMEPS, filters them by your keywords and CPV codes, has AI assess how well each one fits your services, and delivers only the relevant ones to your team.
We’re onboarding teams one at a time, so access is by request.
How it works
Describe what you’re looking for
Open a workspace for a market and set up its search profile: keywords, stop-words and CPV codes. Start from term packs our team curates and keeps up to date.
Tenderwatch watches the source
New publications on ARMEPS are collected automatically, together with their documents, and matched against your profile.
AI assesses every match
Each tender gets a triage score, an attractiveness score and a match against the services your company offers. You decide which thresholds apply.
Your team gets what matters
Tenders that pass are forwarded automatically; those that need a human decision wait in the moderation queue. Recipients hear about them in the app, by email or in Telegram.
Built around how tender teams work
Precise search profiles
Keywords include, stop-words exclude, CPV codes catch tenders whatever their wording. Curated term packs keep themselves up to date.
AI scores without made-up zeros
Triage, attractiveness and service match from 0 to 100. When the AI couldn’t assess a tender, Tenderwatch says so and hands the decision to a person.
Matched to your services
List the services you offer and the words buyers use for them; scoring compares every tender against that catalog.
A clear decision for every tender
Each tender carries a status — forwarded, pending, rejected by score or by match — so you always know why it did or didn’t reach you.
Delivered where your team works
Moderators review the tenders that need a decision, clients receive the approved ones: in the app, by email or in Telegram.
Organizations, roles and 2FA
Each organization’s data is isolated. Roles and permissions control who sees and decides what; two-factor sign-in protects accounts.
Every decision is explained
Instead of a silent filter, every tender in the pipeline carries a status you can trust and filter by.
- Auto-forwardedPassed every enabled threshold and was delivered automatically.
- PendingWaiting for a decision — automatic checks or manual review are still in progress.
- ForwardedPassed the checks and was delivered to the team.
- Rejected by scoreFiltered out by the attractiveness threshold.
- No service matchFiltered out because it doesn’t match the agency’s services.
- AI unavailableThe AI assessment couldn’t run; the tender needs a manual decision.
Who it’s for

Frequently asked questions
Which sources do you monitor?
Today it’s ARMEPS (armeps.am), Armenia’s electronic procurement system. Every tender links back to its original page and documents.
Does the AI decide for us?
Only as far as you let it. Every score filter is optional and uses a threshold you set. Tenders that need a human decision wait in the moderation queue, and when the AI is unavailable a tender isn’t dropped — it waits for a manual decision.
Which languages does the interface support?
Russian, English and Armenian. Dates and times are shown in Yerevan time.
Who can see our data?
Only members of your organization, within their roles. Organizations are isolated from each other, sessions are kept in secure cookies, and accounts can turn on two-factor sign-in.
How do we get started?
Open a workspace for your market, connect a term pack and add your services. Matches appear as soon as new tenders are published on ARMEPS.
