Terms of service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms govern the use of Tenderwatch (tenderwatch.site). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Tenderwatch helps you find public tenders (currently from the ARMEPS portal), filter them by your criteria, assess them with AI and deliver them to your team. The service is provided by the Tenderwatch team; you can reach us at [email protected].
2. Beta and free access
The service is in beta and is currently free; access is by request. Features may change and the service may be temporarily unavailable. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and will not charge anything without your explicit consent.
3. Your account
When using your account you:
- provide accurate information;
- keep your password secret and are responsible for activity in your account;
- as an organization owner, are responsible for the members you invite and the roles you give them.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service in breach of the law;
- try to access other people's accounts or other organizations' data;
- circumvent limits, overload or interfere with the service;
- bulk-export data from the service by automated means or resell access to it.
5. Tender data and AI assessments
Tender information comes from public sources. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or timely — always check the original source before you bid.
AI assessments are an aid and can be wrong. The decision to bid is yours.
6. Your data
The data you put into the service belongs to you. We use it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, missed tenders or decisions made based on the service's data.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access if these terms are breached, and we may end the beta with advance notice to users.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
10. Changes
A new version is published on this page with a new date. We will email you about significant changes.
